Beautiful yoga teacher turned heroine Anushka entered Telugu films with Akkineni Nagarjuna starred movie "Super" in Puri Jagannath's direction. Looking at the naive beautiful face of Anushka, no one can get angry, but a Tamil producer is furious with her.
It so happened that, this producer is remaking Telugu "Vedam" movie in Tamil with hero Shimbu playing the role Allu Arjun played in Telugu. Anushka, who is playing her role in Tamil also, told the media that she reduced her remuneration for this movie because of Shimbu and this has infuriated the producer. Anushka is said to have charged more than what the other Tamil heroines charge. Seems, producer's fury has some justification! (TO)
